YOU CAN BOOK OUR APARTMENTS VIA AIRBNB: THIS WAY WE BOTH PAY A FEE (AIRBNB'S GUEST FEE IS 3-9 % HOST FEE IS 3-6 %), BUT IT IS A SAFE AND EASY WAY TO HANDLE RESERVATIONS.

IF YOU WISH TO BOOK THIS WAY, CLICK THE BUTTON "BOOK THIS APARTMENT ON AIRBNB" ON THE APARTMENT'S PAGE. THIS WILL TAKE YOU TO THE PROPERTY'S AIRBNB PAGE.

TO BOOK ON AIRBNB YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT. PAYMENTS ARE ALL HANDLED BY AIRBNB.

2. BOOK DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER

YOU CAN ALSO BOOK THE APARTMENT DIRECTLY FROM THIS WEBSITE ON THE "BOOK A ROOM" PAGE. WE WILL CONFIRM YOU BOOKING WITHIN 24 HOURS.

WE REQUIRE A 25% DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL, THE DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE. YOU CAN PAY THE DEPOSIT BY PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT OF YOUR FINAL ACCOUNT BY CASH UPON ARRIVAL. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE.

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT - How do I get to the apartment, how do I get the keys?

CHECKIN

CHECKIN IS BY APPOINTMENT, PLEASE COMUNICATE YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IN ADVANCE. WE WILL WAIT FOR YOU IN THE APARTMENT TO HAND YOU THE KEYS AND SHOW YOU AROUND.

STANDARD CHECKIN TIME IS BETWEEN 13:00 - 23:00 BUT WE ACCEPT EARLIER / LATER CHECKINS IF IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE OTHER GUESTS AND IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE.



HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT?​​

WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH DETAILED DIRECTIONS TO THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. WE CAN ALSO ORDER A TAXI FOR YOU TO THE AIRPORT OR TRAIN STATION, JUST LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED ONE!

CHEKOUT

CHECKOUT IS ALSO BY APPOINTMENT, WE WILL COME BY THE COLLECT THE KEYS WHEN YOU LEAVE. YOU CAN INDICATE THE TIME OF YOUR DEPARTURE DURING THE CHECKIN.

STANDARD CHECKOUT IS BY 11:00AM, BUT YOU CAN LEAVE LATER IF IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEXT GUEST'S ARRIVAL AND IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE.



CLEANING

YOU DON'T NEED TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT (WE CHARGE A CLEANING FEE), BUT WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO WASH THE DISHES AND THROW OUT THE GARBAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

1. CANCELLATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECKIN

YOUR DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL (13:00 / 1:00PM OF THE DAY OF CHECKIN)

 

2. CANCELLATION 1 - 14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECKIN

YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.



3. LEAVING THE PROPERTY EARLIER THAN BOOKED

THE FIRST 3 NIGHTS NOT SPENT IN THE PROPERTY ARE NON- REFUNDABLE, THE REST IS FULLY REFUNDABLE. CLEANING FEE APPLIES.

WE BELIEVE THAT HONESTY MAKES THE BEST HOST, AND THE SATISFACTION OF EVERY SINGLE TRAVELLER THAT WE HOSTED SO FAR (WE'VE HAD OVER 500 BOOKINGS) PROVES US RIGHT. WE SHOW OUR APARTMENTS ONLINE EXACTLY AS THEY ARE IN REALITY, AND OUR MAIN PRIORITY IS CLEANLINESS - YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SURPRISES AT CHECKIN.



REFUNDS

THOUGH THINGS CAN BREAK, OR GO OUT OF ORDER, WE ARE PROMPT TO RESOLVE TEMPESTIVLY ANY KIND OF ISSUE, AND WE WILL PARTLY REFUND YOUR RENTAL FEE IN CASE OF:

- PROBLEM WITH HOT WATER  RESOLVED IN MORE THAN 24 HOUR

- PROBLEM WITH HEATING,  RESOLVED IN MORE THAN 24 HOUR​

- LACK OF INTERNET CONNECTION, RESOLVED IN MORE THAN 48 HOURS

RENTAL TERMS

1. The Renter rents Owner’s property for short term. Renter shall maintain the apartment in a good condition and use it in a careful and lawful manner. The Renter shall pay for any damage or loss done to the apartment or contents above normal wear and tear.


2. Strictly limit occupants to those listed on the booking form; admission can be refused or terminated if this condition is not met.


3. Please respect that the apartment is located in a condominium, offering privacy and tranquility. Therefore no partying is allowed, to respect the others.


4. The use of the accommodation and amenities are offered on the condition that they are used at the Renter’s own risk. The Owner cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to visitors' belongings.


5. For your own safety, please double-lock the front door at all times, close the blinds and the windows and turn off all the lights and electric appleances before going out. Don’t leave the washing machine unattended, please use it only when you are in the apartment.
 

6. Toilet paper, detersives, basic cooking and breakfast ingredients are supplied, for the rest this accommodation is booked on a self-catering basis.


7. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; please restrict smoking to the corridor.


8. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to any means beyond owner control, Owner liability will be limited to a refund of the monies paid only.


9.In the event that a property lacks certain utilities for any portion of a stay, Owner will refund of the rental fee. The refund will directly correspond to the severity of the malfunction and its duration. The requisite utilities are electricity, heating, and plumbing (including hot and cold water). Sinks, toilets, & showers must all be fully functioning, as should the stove. Owner will also issue a partial refund if any bedding and towels are not freshly cleaned.
