The building is a beautiful, historical building from 1912, and hosts 2 theaters. The apartment is on the 4st floor, and itt faces the internal yard with huge windows, so it is light enough and very quiet as well.



The apartment is a studio of 34 sqm, functionally furnished to meet every need of our short- or midterm guests: the spacious room has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a computer desk, and a diner for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully functional with electric stove and oven, fridge, complete kitchen- and tableware. The bathroom contains shower, toilet and washing machine.



The apartment is fully equipped with anything one could possibly need during a short or long term stay: bed-linen and towels, washing machine and detergents, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wireless internet. You will also find a first aid kit, needles, and iron.
